. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving new business acquisition, managing key corporate accounts, and expanding market presence
across corporate, industrial, healthcare, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in corporate, industrial, healthcare, and facility management sectors
Develop and manage long-term relationships with procurement teams, HR departments, and decision-makers
Present customized uniform and workwear solutions tailored to client requirements
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales efficiently
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience
in
uniforms, workwear, or B2B corporate sales
within the UAE
Strong existing network of corporate, industrial, construction, healthcare, or facility management clients
Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented with strong closing ability
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
