Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel and Tourism business development Executive to grow our travel company by acquiring both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients. The ideal candidate will develop partnerships, Close sales, and drive revenue by promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, corporate clients, and event organizers. Negotiate contracts, develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers. Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions. Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages, special deals, and excursions. Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Itinerary Planning: Design and offer customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring unforgettable travel experiences. Problem Solving: Resolve any issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or client complaints efficiently and professionally.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in travel and tourism management, with a proven track record in managing travel operations and leading teams. Ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Existing connections in the travel industry (preferred). Fluency in English is required. Dubai Driving License is required.
