As a Business Development Executive in the travel industry, your primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and generate revenue through travel packages, corporate travel accounts, or strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth through proactive sales, market analysis, and client relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Identify and approach new corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
Pitch travel services, products, and customized packages to prospective customers.
Convert leads into sales and meet/exceed monthly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Explore new market segments and geographic areas for business expansion.
Product Development Support:
Collaborate with the product and operations teams to create compelling travel packages.
Provide feedback based on client needs and market demand.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
Event & Trade Show Participation:
Represent the company at travel expos, networking events, and trade shows.
Promote brand visibility and build new industry connections.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, destinations, and travel products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally or internationally as needed.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
