Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

with experience in selling

Safety Wear (PPE products)

in the UAE. The right candidate will have a strong sales track record, excellent client relationship skills, and deep knowledge of the PPE market.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Identify and close new business opportunities in the PPE sector.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the UAE.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Lead Generation:

Leverage networks in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Product Expertise:

Advise clients on suitable safety solutions from our product range.

Reporting:

Submit regular sales updates and forecasts to management.

Key Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 2 years of PPE sales experience in the UAE.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with safety regulations and product standards.

Sales Skills:

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Client Relations:

Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.

Network:

Established contacts in UAE's industrial sectors.

Driving License:

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

Diploma (Required)
Experience:

PPE Sales Executive: 3 years (Required)
Language:

English & Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

* 75% (Required)
