We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support our growth across luxury retail, interior fit-out, and design projects.

You will work closely within the Business Development Team to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.

This role combines market insight, commercial acumen, and hands-on coordination -- ideal for someone passionate about design, craftsmanship, and creating value through meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Lead Generation

Conduct market research and expand the client database by registering new companies and key contacts. Reach decision-makers to secure introductory meetings and present our services. Convert qualified leads into business opportunities, ensuring all required documentation is complete.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Support in building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with clients, designers, and brand partners. Assist in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

3. Commercial Coordination

Collaborate with the Estimation Team to prepare and propose pricing for management approval.

4. Strategic & Marketing Support

Participate in networking events outside normal working hours as required. Support management on special projects related to strategic business goals or new market development.

5. Sales & Target Achievement

Contribute to the achievement of annual sales KPIs. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. Work closely with internal departments to align project capacity and delivery timelines with new business wins.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree

in interior design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture(or related field).

2-3 years of experience

in business development, client relations, or sales. UAE Driving License is a must Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams. Fluent in English and Hindi.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
