Job Overview

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (Male)

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, meeting customers on-site, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our marine safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit clients and project sites to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities and client meetings. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate marine safety solutions. Follow up with existing clients for renewals, upgrades, and additional services. Handle client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of field sales experience

(preferably in safety, marine, industrial, or technical sales).

Male candidates preferred.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Candidates with strong client-handling and outdoor sales experience will be preferred. Candidates currently residing in or around Abu Dhabi are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales activities. Good planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Saturday:

08:00 AM - 01:30 PM
