: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING Logistics and Freight Forwarding PREFERENCES: WALK IN INTERVIEW ( TIMING 12PM TO 2PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY ) At least 2 years of UAE Experience in Shipping and Freight Forwarding Company. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling products or services to potential customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing sales deals, as well as managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. A successful Sales Representative should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong sales-driven mindset. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. A sales-oriented mindset, resilience, and a passion for achieving targets are crucial to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate revenue and achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling products or services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. 4. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. 5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. 6. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. 9. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations. 10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand professional connections. 11. Achieve and maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise. 12. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
