Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
interior design, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors

Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
Prepare and deliver
presentations, proposals, and quotations
to potential clients.
Collaborate with the
design and project teams
to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout project life cycles to ensure
repeat and referral business
.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business strategy.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company goals and profitability targets.
Represent the company in
industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
to enhance brand visibility.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in
business development or sales
within the
interior fit-out or construction industry
in the UAE.
Strong network of contacts with consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory
.
