Job Description

TCT Qatar is seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to support growth of its ICT System Integration business. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, proposal support, and closing small to mid-size ICT deals under the guidance of senior sales and BU leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads and identify new ICT business opportunities Support sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure Promote ICT solutions including infrastructure, ELV, networking, cloud, and managed services Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposals and BOQs Follow up on quotations, client meetings, and approvals Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking Support invoicing follow-ups and collections

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Engineering 2-3 years' experience in ICT sales or business development in Qatar Basic understanding of ICT system integration solutions Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Qatar driving license preferred
