Responsibilities:

Promote clean room validation services including HVAC validation, particle count testing, pressure differential testing, etc.
Generate new leads, schedule client meetings, and convert prospects into clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients about service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in clean room validation or a technical services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client visits.
