The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a
Business Development Executive & Financial Analyst
. This dual role is crucial for our growth, requiring the successful candidate to not only identify and secure new client opportunities but also to provide insightful financial analysis to support client solutions and internal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition (60%)
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities within the HNW and corporate client segment, leading to successful acquisition.
Client Relationship Management:
Initiate and nurture professional relationships with key prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our corporate services.
Professional Communication:
Conduct confident and articulate presentations and meetings with
HNW and professional clients
, acting as a primary representative of the firm.
Proposal Development:
Work with the technical team to draft compelling, tailored, and financially sound proposals and service agreements.
Market Insight:
Stay abreast of local and international market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.
2. Financial Analysis & Support (40%)
Client Needs Assessment:
Analyze potential clients' business structures and financial statements to understand their specific corporate services requirements (e.g., structuring, tax efficiency, compliance).
Financial Modeling:
Assist in developing simple financial models and projections to illustrate the benefits of proposed solutions to clients.
Internal Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and client acquisition metrics for senior management.
Due Diligence Support:
Aid in the preliminary financial review required for client onboarding and regulatory compliance processes.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar client-facing
Business Development or Sales role
. Prior experience in
another professional sector
(e.g., Banking, Investment, Real Estate, Consulting) is highly valued and acceptable.
Education:
A
graduate-level degree (Bachelor's minimum)
in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field,
OR
a recognized similar financial qualification (e.g., CFA Level I, ACCA, relevant professional certifications).
Communication:
Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory.
Proficiency in other languages (Arabic, French, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Client Comfort:
Demonstrated ability to interact, negotiate, and maintain composure while speaking to
professional and High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals
.
Analytical Skills:
Strong foundational financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data and apply it to a commercial context.
UAE Market:
Familiarity with the UAE business environment and corporate/financial services landscape is beneficial.
