Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated and well-connected

Business Development Executive

with experience in the UAE

construction or steel industry

. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams and will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing new accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and expand Ferrum Steel's client base among contractors, fabricators, and project developers. Identify new business opportunities in the UAE construction market for rebar supply and related services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Project Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations. Track project pipelines, upcoming tenders, and material requirements. Support negotiations, closing of contracts, and coordination with operations and logistics teams. Represent Ferrum Steel at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements



Minimum

3-5 years of business development or sales experience

in the

steel, construction, or building materials

industry. Established relationships with

UAE main contractors

and familiarity with rebar procurement processes. Strong understanding of the

construction supply chain

and key market players. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. UAE driving license preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
