Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and deliver customized FM solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility management services, pricing models, and market standards in the UAE.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contract documents.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, forecast, and achievements for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the
Facility Management
industry within the UAE
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of contacts in real estate, construction, and property management sectors.
