such as AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning. This role focuses on lead generation, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in facility and building maintenance services (AC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
Qualifications
2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
Mandatory knowledge of facility/building maintenance services
(AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, etc.).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with facility management and maintenance services is an advantage.
Valid driving license preferred.
