Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our contract staffing services across industries including Retail, IT, Banking, Construction, and FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and acquire new clients for staffing solutions
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of resources
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and contractual agreements
-Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
-4-6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in contract staffing or manpower outsourcing
-Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales strategies
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
-Valid UAE driving license
-Staffing experience in the Northern Emirates - Sharjah, Ajman, or Ras Al Khaimah is a must
Packages Include:
-Salary: AED 8000 to 10000/month
-Company visa, Medical insurance, Annual air ticket
