Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets.
Meet with customers and understand their company requirements and bring demand order to supply recruitments and hiring. communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are fulfilled.
Build Data Base of prospective clients in U.A.E. through cold calls, references, and social media research.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, agencies building, local agents and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet recruitments of mass blue collar or white collar staffing solution and deal closing skills.
Ensure staffs are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them.
Conduct regular follow-up with Client managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment.
Responsible for maintaining recruitment pipelines. (Good business acumen and Closing skills).
Identify new recruitment suppliers and demand for existing and new markets.
Maintains the work structure by updating client requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Ensure hiring practices are in accordance with internal controls and HR policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of technical requirements of skilled and unskilled labour, deep sourcing skills and excellent assessment skills.
Good experience in Screening and short listing of resumes according to the requirements.
Responsible for generating Sales, closing the requirements and bringing the revenue through monthly sales target. provide sales and manpower weekly reports.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Business Developments in Facilities Management or H.R. recruitment company experience is Mandatory.
Valid U.A.E. Driving License is Mandatory.
Excellent communication skills & proven track record in a sales environment.
Go getter and very aggressive sales professional.
Negotiation skills and ability to convince client.
Should be on visit visa or cancel visa. Immediate joining.
