We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive sales growth for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, agents, and corporate clients
Promote real estate development projects and generate qualified leads
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth deal closures
Negotiate terms and support contract finalization
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Participate in exhibitions, property shows, and networking events
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in business development or sales within real estate or property development
Strong knowledge of real estate development projects and off-plan sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is preferred
