Requirements:
Mandatory:
Proven experience in sales/business development in
automotive/industrial chemicals
(e.g., DEF, lubricants, cleaners, or related products).
Strong network with
automotive workshops, fleet operators, industrial suppliers, or chemical distributors
.
Ability to meet
aggressive sales targets
with a commission-driven mindset.
Valid
driving license
(field visits/client meetings required).
Technical knowledge of
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (AdBlue), degreasers, solvents, or similar products
is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, B2B sales, and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients (workshops, distributors, industrial units).
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for chemical products.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
Manage CRM, sales pipelines, and market trends in the UAE/GCC region.
Collaborate with suppliers and marketing teams for promotions.
