Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless rental experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Drive upselling of additional products and services such as insurance, upgrades, and add-ons to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and coach team members to enhance service quality and sales performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts, partnerships, brokers, and strategic alliances.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Generate, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
  • Develop business cases, pricing proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with finance and pricing teams.
  • Onboard new clients and partners, ensuring effective handover to operations and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Manage partner and account performance against agreed commercial and service-level targets.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximize revenue and retention.
