Role Overview





We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving business growth across African markets. The successful candidate will identify and develop new sales prospects, build strong client relationships, deliver impactful sales presentations, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and conducting market research will be key to shaping strategic sales plans.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in Chemicals or Cosmetics) Proven experience working with clients and partners across Africa Professional networks and established relationships in African markets are highly desirable Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Deep understanding of African culture and business practices Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already based in Dubai

Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage new business opportunities in the African pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients market Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across Africa Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic sales plans Achieve and exceed assigned AOP sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
