Job Skills & Qualifications: This is an absolutely perfect role for someone who loves meeting new people, and who\xe2\x80\x99s a master in the art of initiating and nurturing strong business relationships, as well as negotiating and closing deals both big and small.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Event industry is mandatory.
- With minimum 3-5 years experience as Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Marketing Sales Executive and relative experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be extremely skillful in pitching to brands (B2B), negotiation and closing deals.
- Achieve and exceeds sales target
- Should have a proven track record in sales relative to marketing and event management
- Ability to multi-task with extraordinary attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment
- Have a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and lead by example
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments on a daily basis.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Offices (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
