To build and manage strong relationships with engineering consultants in Dubai, positioning

as a preferred contractor for mid to large-scale building projects, and to generate a steady pipeline of qualified tender invitations and project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with engineering consultancy firms across Dubai. Conduct regular in-person visits to consultant offices and project sites. Identify key decision-makers (Resident Engineers, Project Managers, Associates, Partners). Present AVEA Contracting's capabilities, Unlimited Floors classification, and active project experience. Promote AVEA as a reliable, compliant, and professional contractor -- not price-driven. Follow up all visits with professional emails/WhatsApp communications. Track all consultant interactions, contacts, and outcomes in a CRM or tracking sheet. Gather market intelligence on upcoming projects and consultant-led developments. Support tendering team by securing tender invitations and prequalification opportunities. Coordinate and attend key meetings with company management when required. Maintain AVEA's professional image and reputation in all external interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in the UAE. Existing network within consultant firms is must. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and business conduct. Valid UAE driving license.
