Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Business Development Associate

with proven experience in

outbound telesales

,

Face to face Meeting

and

Client Negotiation

. Strong understanding of

Corporate and Strategic finance, Wealth Management, Consulting and compliance services

, including

Audit, Tax, VAT, and Business Licensing



The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, establishing initial contact, and nurturing relationships that lead to successful client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

outbound telesales

calls to prospective clients to introduce the firm's consulting services and identify potential business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through

prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach

, and CRM follow-ups. Understand client business needs and align them with solutions across

Audit & Assurance, Tax, VAT filing, and Licensing services

. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tailored

proposals, quotations, and service presentations

. Manage and update leads in the

CRM system

, ensuring all client interactions and progress are properly documented. Collaborate with senior consultants and tax specialists to support client onboarding and ensure smooth service execution. Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets

, conversion ratios, and activity KPIs. Maintain a professional understanding of current

FTA regulations, tax deadlines, and compliance mandates

to communicate accurately with clients. Represent the company during client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings. Provide regular reports on

lead conversion, market feedback, and sales performance

to management.

Requirements



Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in

outbound telesales / business development

, preferably within a

consulting, audit, or tax firm

. With Knowledge or Background in

Corporate Tax, VAT, Audit, Accounting, or Business Setup & Licensing

is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional phone presence. Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals independently. Familiarity with

CRM tools

(Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Fluent in

English

(Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).

Salary Package:

Subject to the candidate's experience and performance during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
