We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a proactive and results-driven
Business Development & Lead Generation Executive
to expand our client base and increase revenue. The role focuses on generating new leads, closing service contracts, and building long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and experienced in selling services within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads for residential and commercial cleaning services
Identify and approach potential clients (companies, offices, property managers, landlords, and holiday homes)
Promote cleaning services and convert leads into signed contracts
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and service gaps
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations
Achieve monthly sales and growth targets
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery after onboarding
Requirements
Experience in
sales, business development, or lead generation
(cleaning or services industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Dubai market is an advantage
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage pipelines
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
