Job Description
is working with a leading company who are hiring a Business Development Director to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives,
- Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients.
- Performs market research & analysis.
- Being updated with trends, news, and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum 15 years of experience within the pharmaceuticals industry, primarily in business development.
- Must have experience in sourcing and regional licensing deals.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
