As we grow in the UAE, we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to amplify our brand presence and drive engagement across platforms.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic

business development plan

aligned with company goals. Prepare and present regular reports on

sales performance, pipeline status

, and market insights to management. Identify and target

new business opportunities

in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, developers, consultants, and contractors

. Lead the full business cycle from

lead generation

to

deal closure

. Represent the company at

networking events, trade shows, and client meetings

. Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. Monitor

market trends

and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements:

Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in

business development

within the architecture, design, or fit-out industry (UAE experience required). Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field

. Proven track record of generating and closing high-value deals. Strong network within

real estate, construction, and design sectors

in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in

English

(Arabic or Russian is a plus).
