Role Overview
The Business Development & Delivery Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of software projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can work across sales, operations, and delivery while contributing directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Sales Focus)
Identify and pursue new clients, partnerships, and business opportunities across UAE and regional markets.
Develop proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Project Delivery (Execution Focus)
Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure project requirements are well defined.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Track progress using project management tools and ensure milestones are met.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and client onboarding.
Provide post-delivery support and ensure client satisfaction.
Operations (Supportive Role)
Assist in day-to-day business operations and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Prepare regular updates for management on sales pipeline and project status.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
4-7 years of combined experience in
business development and project delivery
within a software/IT services company.
Proven track record in closing deals and managing enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of software project lifecycle and delivery practices (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with UAE business culture and regulations is an advantage.
