- Report to Head of Business Development
- Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities where applicable
- Coordinate and prepare Expression of Interest, prequalification, and tenders submissions;
- Writing and distributing Request for proposals and briefing documents for external consultants
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
- Maintain and develop relations with clients and consultants in the preparation of tender submissions;
- Cover the Middle East market with close coordination with our offices in Asia
Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant working experience (experience in architecture, interior design and landscape design firms is preferable);
- Excellent command of spoken & written English;
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of \xe2\x80\x9cBusiness Development Assistant\xe2\x80\x9d
