Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Business Development & Client Relations Associate, your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, actively supporting client needs, and achieving sales and growth targets. You will also conduct market research, provide customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities



Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and overseeing projects from start to finish. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from Doleep Studios' video, animation, and digital services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and budget estimates aligned with client objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships. Negotiate contracts and manage client documentation, records, and CRM data. Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provide post-project support to encourage repeat business and long-term collaboration. Share client insights, feedback, and market opportunities with management.

Requirements



Minimum

1 year of experience

in Client Success, B2B consulting, sales, or marketing within the UAE

Strong command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory;

fluency in Arabic is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering

exceptional client support

Analytical ability to

identify business opportunities

and recommend effective client solutions Proven ability to work in a

team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Strong

organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

, with high attention to detail Familiarity with

Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Forms) and

CRM practices

Understanding of

corporate project processes

, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and client documentation A bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

is preferred Holding a valid UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage

Salary Range

: AED 5,000 - 15,000 per month, based on performance and experience
