About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (Female)
with a strong background in the
beauty salon or wellness industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the beauty and wellness sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals, and key clients.
Promote the company's services and brand through networking, events, and marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Manage client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close business deals.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of salon operations, beauty services, and customer expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Presentable and professional with a passion for the beauty industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
