We are a fast-growing creative studio in Dubai, specializing in e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle content production. We collaborate with local and international brands to create impactful visual content. We are seeking a Business Development Associate who can drive client acquisition, build long-term partnerships, and help grow our presence in the region's competitive creative market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and e-commerce companies in Dubai and the wider GCC region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure project scopes align with client expectations. Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities in content production and digital marketing. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and client feedback to management. Assist in shaping sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote studio services. Represent the studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management -- ideally within a creative agency, production house, or digital marketing firm. Strong understanding of creative content, photography, videography, and digital marketing services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. UAE market knowledge and local client network are strong advantages. UAE residency or valid work permit preferred.
Nice to Have

Experience in media production, advertising, or influencer marketing. Understanding of pricing strategies for creative services. Fluency in Arabic or other regional languages.
