We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate male professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads, counseling students/parents, and promoting our educational products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins. Conduct in-depth counseling sessions for students and parents to understand their learning needs. Recommend appropriate course offerings based on the individual's goals and requirements. Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing the sale. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities via CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and strategy development. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated with product knowledge and sales strategies. Key Requirements: Gender: Male candidates only (as per company requirement). Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory). Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in EdTech, insurance, banking, or FMCG sectors). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and at least one regional language is preferred. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
