The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering services, the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and a track record of successfully driving sales and business expansion. This role requires a deep knowledge of the engineering sector and the ability to align client needs with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm across key engineering sectors. Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Work closely with project teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and service offerings that meet client requirements. Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop long-term business strategies and growth plans.
