Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms. Write persuasive and customized proposals to increase conversion rates. Engage with potential clients, negotiate deals, and close projects successfully. Develop and implement strategies to expand Oryxsol's client base. Optimize company profiles on freelance platforms for better visibility. Stay updated with industry trends to target high-value projects. Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with service offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in online bidding and business development. Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and consulting. Excellent English writing and communication skills. Ability to negotiate and convert leads into long-term clients. Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
