Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share in the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Parking Management or a related industry.
Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel within the UAE or outside UAE if required.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
