We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our Pest Control and Cleaning Services across Dubai.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in sales, a proven ability to meet and exceed targets, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Candidates should be confident in identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients, and contributing to overall business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new residential and commercial clients
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Prepare and present customized service proposals and quotations
Conduct site visits and assessments as needed
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistent follow-ups
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events

Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in pest control, cleaning, facility management, or related industries
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent presentation and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be presentable, punctual, and well-organized
Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
