We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development. Main responsibilities will be: Business Development Executive will be responsible for Identifying and generating new Ideas for business expansion in market, building up relations with new and old clients, generate enquiries, generate clients/market reports, implementing marketing strategies.Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsGrowing business through the development of new leads and new contactsIdentifying new revenue opportunitiesDeveloping and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow businessMaintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentationKnowledge of the corporate/Retail/Healthcare/Residential markets, with relevant experience.Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in UAETo develop collateral, paid Ads, and other assets to promote II brand, servicesBuild social media presence, engagement, and cross-promotionExperience in sales, marketing or business management data analysis and project managementTo understand the legal requirement of the tender for Interiors Fit-out and manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitoredRequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Business Administration (or equivalent) is preferred A minimum of 5-7 years working in the sector required.
