Job Description
SKILLS: Excellent communication and presentation skills Selling in armouring /Automobile industry is mandatory Strong organizational skills QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Preferred) 5-6 years of experience in managing a lead/business development role Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Head.
- Manages and coordinates with sales support staff to develops sales.
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company and Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in company\xe2\x80\x99s products.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Collaborates with sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Educates potential customers by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
- Collaborates with sales team for establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Determines sales targets and deals with reputed customers at a legal platform for the betterment of business by adding Goodwill to the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
