. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations, customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily home maintenance service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.)
Schedule technicians and manage job allocations efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding service confirmations, follow-ups and feedback
Prepare quotations, invoices and basic reports
Support sales and business development activities
Maintain records of jobs, contracts and client data
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
Assist management with operational planning and reporting
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in
home maintenance / facilities management / technical services
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good knowledge of UAE home maintenance market
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
Customer service orientation
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Time management and problem-solving abilities
