We are looking for a
Business Advisor
with strong business development experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to
business setup, banking, or insurance sales
and the ability to handle client consultations and closures independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on company formation options, banking, and allied services
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to closure
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates
Preferred Experience & Skills:
2-5 years of experience in
Business Setup / Banking / Insurance sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Knowledge of UAE business setup processes is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Any Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred)
Compensation:
Salary + Incentives + Visa + Medical + Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
