Position: Client Manager (ECS Department)
Location: Dubai (Media City)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM GST
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM GST (5.5 days working)
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Address client concerns and complaints effectively.
Create and implement sales plans to generate revenue.
Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Manage a portfolio of 250-300 clients.
Retain existing clients, generate new business, and referral leads.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the Similar industry (i.e Business Setup) is a plus.
Expertise in client retention, portfolio management, cross-selling, and upselling.
Qualification:
Commerce background with a Master's degree (MBA or MCom).
