Flying Colour Business Setup Services is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Advisor specializing in Business Setup. This role is ideal for candidates with 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the business setup, accounting, audit, or banking industries.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy Development: Formulate efficient strategies focused on financial growth.
Revenue Targets: Take full ownership to achieve and exceed monthly and daily revenue targets.
Sales & Meetings: Meet daily calling and meeting targets; arrange business meetings with potential clients.
Documentation: Record meeting minutes and share them with both management and clients.
Client Needs: Promote the company's products and services to address or anticipate client needs.
Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
CRM Management: Update and maintain client data and follow-ups in CRM.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients through regular engagement.
Sales Opportunities: Identify new business and sales opportunities through ongoing customer interaction.
Customer Understanding: Partner with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Commerce.
Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in Sales/B2C/B2B Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Hardcore Sales.
Industry Experience: Home country experience plus at least 2 years of experience in any service industry in the UAE.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only.
Work Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
