Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Business Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a
fluent English speaker
, with
French and Arabic
as an added advantage. You will be responsible for managing client relations, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless business setup journey for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads, conduct meetings (in-person and online), and present tailored setup/expansion plans.
Advise clients on UAE company formation, licensing options (mainland & free zone), and government regulations.
Manage client portfolios to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals.
Prepare and review all documentation required for the business setup process.
Maintain CRM records and ensure all systems are kept up to date.
Stay informed on regulatory changes, government policies, and market trends.
Liaise with clients throughout the process, ensuring smooth and transparent communication.
Promote additional services (cross-sell & up-sell) to add value for clients.
Represent SwissPro at networking events to grow brand presence.
Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships and enhance client experience.
Share market feedback with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
Prepare monthly reports and contribute to new strategies to drive sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
3+ years' experience
in UAE company formation / business setup consulting.
Fluent
English
(mandatory);
French and Arabic
are a strong plus.
In-depth knowledge of UAE government procedures, free zones, and mainland licensing.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with strong client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
