- conduct buisness and market analysis to identify risks, opportunities and trends .
- Advise on growth strategies in retail,wholesale and e - commerce channels
-Review current operations ( sales,staffing,logistics,financials) and propose improvements.
- Help optimize pricing , profit margins and cost managment.
- Assist in preparing buisness plans , finacial forecasts and investment evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to managment team.
