We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Business Consultant

to join our growing team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this full-time role, you will drive sales, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure business growth and client satisfaction. This position offers a starting salary of

EGP 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and follow up with potential customers to promote company products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in sales (4+ years preferred).

Customer Service Skills:

Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Abilities:

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Performance Under Pressure:

Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software/systems.

Language:

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Location:

Must reside in 6th of October City or nearby areas.

A proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
