Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
Assist in developing and implementing business plans, feasibility studies, and investment strategies
Recommend improvements in business processes, client acquisition strategies, and service delivery models
Support sales and business development teams with research, proposals, and pitch materials
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure alignment on key initiatives
Monitor regulatory and economic developments affecting the real estate sector
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and project evaluations when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a consulting, business development, or strategic role within the real estate industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and business modeling
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and investment trends is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
