Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on company formation procedures, business licensing, and legal frameworks in Bahrain.
Handle client consultations and provide end-to-end support for business setup and documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities and free zones for processing applications and approvals.
Prepare proposals, business plans, and feasibility reports as required.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with Bahrain's commercial laws, labor laws, and market trends.
Support management in developing strategic initiatives for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum
1-4 years
of experience in business consultancy, PRO services, or related fields within the GCC.
Excellent knowledge of Bahrain's business setup and regulatory procedures.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business correspondence.
Fluency in English required; Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.
