Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients during pre-sales, requirements gathering, and implementation of ESG and IFRS17 solutions Conduct product walkthroughs and support proof-of-concepts or trials for ESG and IFRS17 platforms Map client business processes and data flows to product features and suggest best-fit configurations Collaborate with delivery, product, and actuarial/finance teams to ensure solution readiness Prepare client-facing documents such as data templates, workshop notes, and process maps Support proposal development, solution documentation, and internal knowledge sharing
Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and workshops Solid understanding of ESG concepts and sustainability reporting (BRSR, GRI, SASB, TCFD) Basic understanding of IFRS17 principles; familiarity with financial/actuarial reporting is a plus Ability to work across business and technical teams and translate client needs into solution specs Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience: 1-3 years
