Job Description
We are hiring a Real Estate Business Consultant in the UAE, focusing on full-time, commission-based employment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UAE business setup and corporate services, with responsibilities including advising clients, generating new business, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business formation solutions.
- Generate and convert leads into successful business setup deals.- Close a minimum of 5+ new deals per month.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth company formation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on UAE regulations related to business setup and licensing
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in business setup sales/consultancy.
- Must have worked with at least two business setup companies, with a minimum of 1 year in each.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation processes and regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
Trial & Compliance:
- 3-month probation/trial period.
- Candidates must provide the last 6 months' salary slips or bank statements.
