The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced
Business Setup Consultant
to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through every aspect of setting up a business in the UAE--offering expert insights, tailored solutions, and hands-on support throughout the incorporation process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation on UAE business structures (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore)
Manage end-to-end company formation processes including registration, licensing, and renewals
Coordinate efficiently on immigration services such as residency visas and work permits
Advise on UAE tax regulations, including VAT registration, filing, and audits
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and free zone policies
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Candidate Profile
Proficient in Hindi, Urdu and English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong understanding of UAE business setup procedures and government authorities (Meydan, RAKEZ, SPC, Ajman Free Zone, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
Prior experience in business consulting, corporate services, or company formation is highly desirable
